It is the policy of this court to deny any request for refund for payments made through this website.  If you believe your card was charged in error, you will need to follow your bank's policies for reporting fraudulent charges.

Disputed Payments - any payment disputes will result in added fees, an additional charge & immediate warrant processing on the case(s) involved in the disputed payment.
